It was hard to find enough favourites from this month to make a full post’s worth, as May’s favourites post was so late, it sort of started to blend into June. But I sat down today and had a big think about the bits and bobs that stood out to me last month, and I came up with a few pieces to share with you…
1. Summer vibes
The sun’s been out this month, and it’s made everything so much better. I always feel so much happier if I can run to the shops in the sunshine, rather than when there’s gale force winds!
2. The finale of Pretty Little Liars
Sticking through seven seasons of PLL was definitely worth it for the last episode, I was not disappointed in the least! If you haven’t watched it yet, it’s definitely worth a watch.
3. 101 Dalmatians
The book, although the film was on one of my monthly watch-lists a while ago. I found this book in a cheapy bookshop, and it was on offer because the pages are actually printed the opposite way to the cover.
4. Fruity cider
Fruity cider tastes so much better in the Summer. I got a real taste for it lately, especially in pub gardens in the afternoon with a bowl of pub chips. Yum yum!
5. Stir fry
Stir fry is definitely the dish of Summer. It’s just a bowl of veggies, noodles, and I like to add a pack of Mexican style rice, Chinese 5 spice and a breaded chicken breast. Delish!
And that’s my little list of June favourites, not much this month, but these are the few things I’ve been loving.
