January has been busy busy busy! I’ve been to another country, been home from uni about five times for various reasons, had flu, had exams… it’s been hard to find the time to figure out my favourite things from the month! But last night I sat down, had a think, and here’s my (short) list of my January Favourites…
1. My Brand New Light Box
I’ve wanted a light box for ages, I’ve been looking at Instagram’s and blog posts where people have used them, and with my Christmas money decided to treat myself to one. So be prepared to see it a lot more in upcoming posts.
2. Zara Leather Skirt
Another treat for myself, I bought this leather skirt. There’s leather skirts in all the shops at the moment, but this is a slightly puffy skirt with a gathered waist, which was a bit different to all the other leather skirts I’d seen. I bought mine in burgundy, but it’s available in black as well.
3. Holiday Postcards
If you haven’t heard already… I’ve been to Lisbon! And my favourite thing from a holiday is the postcards. I always treat myself to a postcard or two, because they’re always so much better than the photos I can take.
4. Topshop Shoes
I always find it hard to find a pair of shoes that aren’t heels, but are dressy enough for a night out. I stumbled across these shoes in the Topshop sale… they were only £10, how could I not? I’m in love with them!
5. Wrapping Paper
In particular, this goregous WHSmiths wrapping paper. It’s so ditzy and pretty.
6. Gold by Beau
This is such a chill song, it’s lovely to listen to when you’re on a study day or just chilling in your room.
