I wrote this post on a Sunday morning after a run, and, let me tell you, it made my mouth water quite some. We all know someone who’s much happier with a food-based present rather than something fancy, and that’s who today’s Giftmas post is for – the foodies. By foodie, what I really mean is anyone who enjoys their food, whether it’s something savoury to spend time prepping in the kitchen, or something to munch while lazing on the sofa.

One of the top gifts on the list Feastbox, one of the available food box delivery services that let’s gives you the ingredients and recipes to whip up a great meal, or if they’re not so big on the cooking yet, stick with a smaller kit like this Hot Sauce Set. If they’re more into treats rather than a practical meal, how about an Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea Hamper, which is so cute. It is Christmas, so the gift of mince pies is totally appropriate, so why not go for a Pie Recipe Book for the whole year round, or go bigger with a Selfridges Christmas Cake. For a post-Christmas treat, there’s a London Cheese Tour you can sign up to for the ultimate cheese fan. Taking it back to the kitchen, a Mug Cake Cookbook fits for pretty much any skill level, and you can get them a Bakers Gonna Bake Apron to go with their first attempt, and a set of Gingerbread Oven Gloves. Then how about the Sara Miller Tier Stand to show off their bakes. If they already have a personal collection of recipes, give them something to keep it in like this Family Cookbook. And for their kitchen, these Iridesent Champagne Glasses are gorgeous, with Wooden Star Coasters to rest them on. While you’re on foodie equipment, I love this Stackable Bowl Set. And for a little extra and added controversy, add a Personalised Jar of Marmite to the gift. It’s guaranteed to be a conversation starter.

Other foodie delights to get their mouth watering…

  • Hot Stuff Pork Crackling Set – an interesting addition to any foodie-loving cook’s kitchen, this ‘hot stuff’ crackling makes for a great snack.

  • Personalised Prosecco and Chocolates – it’s simple but effective, and works for practically any member of your gift list – who doesn’t appreciate a bottle and a sweet treat?

  • Selfridges Panetone – if Christmas Cake isn’t particularly their thing, or if you want to introduce them to something a little different, try a panetone instead.

  • Selfridges Stollen Bites – sticking with Selfridges for one more, these stollen bites, which are so cute and come in a pretty packet as well.

  • Adopt a Bee with honey – for a foodie gift with good-vibes behind it, look at something like this adopt a bee set. They get the food to enjoy, and also the kudos of helping the bees.

  • Moon Teabags – for a tea-lover these fun, alternatively shaped teabags. I love the moon ones, or try these Heart Teabags for another option.

  • Marshmallow Toasting Kit – finally, and possibly my favourite on the list, is this marshmallow toasting kit. So cute, and really looks like you’ve put together a thoughtful gift.

xx
