Three Accessories Featuring on my Zooms

Happy Friday, we’re almost at the weekend – I can almost reach it! This weekend I’m off on a weekend break, so I’ll be scheduling some weekend posts for you this week. Next week I’ll share my little trip away with you guys, so keep an eye out for that.

I’ve really missed the Christmas party vibes this year. I love when everyone’s comparing outfits around the office, sending ASOS links around the work email, and getting the feeling that you’ve definitely overdressed/under-dressed/need to actually invest in an outfit. Like most other companies, our work Christmas party has gone virtual this year, which means there really isn’t much point in shopping for a whole new outfit – as much as I’ve trawled the websites anyway. But, that doesn’t mean I can’t treat myself to a few new accessories this year.

In particular, for all my Zoom calls for Christmas celebrations this year, I’ve picked out my three favourite things that I’m jazzing up my screen with this season.

Christmas Tree Earrings

I treated myself to these in a dip-dyed gold print, and also a dalmatian print. Every year I end up wearing a pair of what I would call ‘tacky’ Christmas earrings – I’m thinking glitter, tinsel, maybe one of those pairs that has a light up thing going on. But this year I’ve gone more along the pretty earring lines, and these are perfect for that. These aren’t available anymore, but keep an eye out for any updates on the Etsy page.

Starry Headband

Honestly, anything with stars or moons on it, send it my way – I’m all about the celestial life over here. This headband screams Christmas in a tuneful-carol fashion, and I’ll be wearing this on repeat. Green velvet and gold stars – Oliver Bonas has hit the nail on the head right here.

Starry Earrings

Like I said, anything starry – and these earrings are so adorable. For anyone who like a little bit of glamour added to their outfit, these will do the job. You can get these from People Tree, and if you really want to push the boat out, they also do a matching ring – hold me back!

xx
