A few weeks ago I posted my Ultimate Bucket List, with over 50 destinations worldwide to add to your travel bucket list. Today, I’m kicking off my travel series, by focusing in on the UK! Today’s post is all things UK that I’ve added to my to-do list, from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Welcome to my UK Travel Bucket List!
As someone who lives, and has grown up, in the UK, I’ve hardly seen any of it. I’ve hardly even seen much of London, so there’s loads still left for me to do on my bucket list. I love the idea of being able to explore somewhere amazing on a staycation – and I think it’s probably something we’re going to be looking at a little more for the foreseeable.
So, whether you’re a UK resident or you’re planning a visit here in the future, be sure to check through my UK Travel Bucket List! Plus, if you have any unmissable sites that you can’t see on the list I’d love you to leave them in the comments!

Ooh, I’ll take a look at those! I know, I always go to London and just go to the same places!
This is such a great list! I have been living in the UK for the last five years but never truly travelled around here! Scotland is up on my list too as well as Ireland. Punting in Cambridge is so much fun, truly recommend it!! As well the National History Museum in London is an absolute must, make sure to get there early so you have enough time to marvel on everything x

I know, I think loads of people are the same! Thank you for the advice, I’ll add it to my travel list for those places 🙂
I’m like you, I’ve spent so much time travelling abroad, that I haven’t seen much of the UK. A great bucket list, I hope you get to achieve them all!

Exactly, you aim for the big, exotic places and miss out home! Exploring the UK is definitely big on my overall travel goals over the next few years!
This is an amazing list and will be adding some to my travel bucket list, thanks for sharing gal, love the photos as well! xx
I absolutely love your list (I’ve managed to do some of them) and it makes we want to fly home to the UK to get exploring again! I’m not sure if you’ve done this yet but if you ever get a chance you should visit St Michael’s Mount in Marazion, Cornwall, the Minak Theatre in Porthcurno, Cornwall and the fishing village of Mousehole, Cornwall. They are spectacular!

Thank you – I was actually surprised when I wrote it how many great things there actually are! Ooh, thank you, I’ll add those to my list!
This is such an amazing list! I have a bucket list but includes so many things to do and see in different countries I had never thought about creating a UK only bucket list before.

Liverpool is one I can’t believe I’ve never been to, but so want to go!
Great list, Loch Ness is stunning. I’d recommend that if you’re going up that way to travel a bit higher to Ullapool, it’s stunning there.

Thank you, I’ll add that to my list!
This is an incredible list! Some of them I have done and some I really want to do.
We were having this conversation last night about how much of the UK we want to see still. Thankfully me and my partner have both got similar bucket lists and the UK is just such a wonderful place. We are so very lucky.
I hope you have an amazing time visiting all of these places x x

Thank you, I can’t believe I’ve not really explored any of the UK much so far! You too! xx
Ooo, I’m stealing some of these for my own UK bucket list. I know I want to see a play at the Globe (and a good one, not Romeo and Juliet – I’m holding out for one of my favorites) and to stay in Stratford-upon-Avon (I really want to stay there for a private writer’s weekend – see if I can be inspired by the Shakespeare vibes). Plus there’s a number of other places I’d like to see. I like the idea of visiting that town in Wales (and learning how to actually say it!).

I know, there’s so many things to do when you think about it! Love that idea!
Oh wow! This is such a good list! Has definitely inspired me to explore more places in my own country! You should so go and see Stratford when you get the chance, it’s so full of Shakespeare history!

Thank you, it gave me that feeling while I was writing it! Oh yeah, I’ve heard great things about Stratford, so it’s definitely on the list for me!
