Don’t you just love Autumn? I’m a Summer lover, but Autumn is close on it’s tail in my favourite seasons, and once I’ve come to terms with the fact that I can no longer wear flip flops and have to make the switch to jumpers and scarves I’m more than happy. I love the cosy vibes, lighting candles and settling under a faux furry blanket for a movie night.
To get myself into Autumn I’ve looked at my goals for the season – I did these monthly last time, but this time I’m giving myself a little longer to work on them. There’s some big goals, seeing as things are starting to change a bit for me, and also seeing as I’ve let go a bit over the last few weeks. So here we go.
Self
Get fit – get back into a fitness routine, and get back to running, ready for my November half marathon.
Get healthy – I’ve been slipping a bit with the healthy eating, so get back to that, and drinking water.
Get a plan – not a strict plan, but make a plan for what I’m doing next.
Environment
Explore – go more places, leave my town spontaneously.
Get cosy – prep my space for the Autumn and Winter months. Look out for a blog post on this!
Stare at my screen less – still on here from my previous goals, but this is definitely a big one for me right now.
Growth
Get the blog back – get back on top of the blogging, which I keep accidentally taking a break from.
Find my motivation – I’ve been feeling really unmotivated with furlough being extended, so get back on top with that.
Photography – take more photographs, for the blog and otherwise.
