March Favourites

I was really torn with whether to do a favourites post for the time being, as it’s quite a limiting post these days. But I decided to go ahead with it with a few things that made it onto the list this month – it’s nice to have a post every now and then that’s not completely focused around isolation.

At Home Workspaces
I was among the people working from home, although my stint finished this week. My main thing from this was to make sure I had a designated workspace that I could essentially leave my room to go to in the morning, and then leave from when I was finished at the end of the day. Also, to create a work-like environment – I went with a desk plant, notepads, obviously my laptop, and a desk calendar that I brought from work to really set the scene.

Coffee
I only recently got into coffee, so it’s still a huge favourite of mine at the moment. I got into it when I was in Berlin at the end of last year, and tried to order a ‘cup of tea’, but they misheard me and got me a cappuccino. Being your typical awkward person, rather than reorder I just drank the drink they’d given me. And turns out I love cappuccinos now. Sorry Tea, I’m a coffee drinker now.

ASOS Floral Midi-Dress
I bought this dress to wear to a hen party last weekend, which was obviously cancelled. It was a real shame to have the event cancelled, but that doesn’t mean I can’t wear my dress around the house, right?

Scrunchies
Late to the game, but I am in love with hair scrunchies right now. Anyone else stand in the mirror holding each one up to your pony to see which one looks best for today’s vibe? I’m obsessed. Once you’ve joined the scrunchie life you’ll never be able to have a naked pony again.

Stop This Flame – Celeste
A song that popped up on my Discover playlist on Spotify, and it’s now made its way onto my actual playlist.
